The items above are the only services included in this estimate. The items below are NOT included and, when needed, will be billed separately upon the client's prior approval:
• Equipment repair or replacement not listed above (pump, filter, heater, lighting, automation, etc.)
• Green/neglected pool treatment or start-up cleaning outside the standard routine
• Chemicals beyond routine balancing (calcium increaser, shock, algaecide) unless listed above
• Any leak detection or repair beyond the scope described above
Payment Terms
A deposit may be requested before work begins, depending on scope. Balance is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods: Zelle, check, or cash. Any extra services, materials, or repairs discovered once work begins will always be quoted and approved by the client before being billed.
Terms & Conditions
This estimate is valid for 30 days from the date of issue shown above. Pricing is based on the visual inspection/description provided and may be adjusted if additional issues are found once work begins — any changes will be communicated and approved before proceeding. The client must provide reasonable access to the pool area and equipment on the day of service. Weather or unforeseen conditions may require rescheduling. Cancellation of recurring service requires 30 days' written notice. By signing below, the client confirms they have read and agree to the scope of service, pricing, and terms described in this estimate.
